DESCRIPTION:The City of Hamilton and the Hamilton Naturalists’ Club have partnered together to host the 2025 Free Tree Giveaway with pickup at Bayfront Park for Hamilton residents. \nPlant a free\, native tree on your property to improve air quality\, fight climate change and increase property value. Trees must be planted on private property\, preferably at the side or back of your home. \nPre-Registration is Required.\nYou will select your pick up location and date\, register for your tree species\, and your tree will be held until you park and pick it up at Bayfront Park any time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the pick-up day. Food and monetary donations for Hamilton Food Share are appreciated. \nRegister here. \nGiveaway Details\n\n1 tree per property.\nTrees will be approximately 0.5-1 metre tall.\nMust present drivers license or property tax bill upon pick-up.\nPark your vehicle and pick up your tree.
